Job Description

Develops NAND Microcode for pre and post Silicon functional validation tests to verify system will meet design requirements. Creates test plans for Microcode validation, defining and running system simulation models, and finding and implementing corrective measures for failing Microcode tests. Analyzes and uses results to modify testing.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.Education:- BS degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering with 10-15 years of experience in the following areas -or-- MS degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering with 8-12 years in areas of experience listed belowMinimum Qualifications: - Minimum of 10 years of experience with Verilog / System Verilog design and validation - Minimum of 10 years of experience with Assembly level Microcode / High level programming language such as C++, perl, tcl, python - Minimum of 10 years of experience in Logic and or Mixed signal design and verification - Minimum of 10 years of experience in Semiconductor Device Physics- Minimum of 10 years of experience with CMOS circuit / analog circuit design and validation- Minimum of 10 years of experience with NAND 2D or 3D Flash or NOR Flash- Detailed understanding of NAND 2D or 3D Flash or NOR Flash user mode read and write algorithms and ucode Preferred Qualifications: -Non-Volatile Memory Experience in Test Mode validation, 1st silicon bring up working with product engineers PE- Experience in HVM High Volume Mfg
