Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant with a positive can-do attitude, professional demeanor, and solid teamwork skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with good attention to detail. Efficient in booking domestic and international travel including processing visa applications. Solid demonstrated proficiency in MS Office tools including SharePoint and PowerPoint. Able to self-manage and function with minimal supervision in an interrupt-driven environment while meeting deadlines capable of multitasking and supporting multiple stake holders. A high degree of judgment and discretion in handling confidential information and situations. Flexibility and a willingness to embrace change with a calm demeanor. Experience working on an admin team and supporting large groups is a plus.
