Job Description

Responsibilities may be quite diverse of a nonexempt technical nature. U.S. experience and education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the job. Job assignments are usually for the summer or for short periods during breaks from school.

Assist New Business venture teams with development and testing of embedded hardware IoT devices targeted to venture applications. Responsibilities will include board assembly, debug, and rework. There are also opportunities for basic circuit design and board design depending on candidate experience. Other responsibilities include light embedded software programming of target devices to enable debug and test of IoT devices. Additional opportunities exist in extended embedded software development to facilitate end-to-end testing of IoT devices and their backend service components. To facilitate these end-to-end test environments some work may involve setup and installation of networked Linux and/or Windows server environments.
