The HR Pathways Internship Program is designed to identify and develop high potential graduate student talent through high quality internships. As an HR Pathways intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a specific project to address a current business issue for the functional group you support. HR Pathways interns create the early pipeline needed to build our world-class HR Pathways cohorts. Additionally, this provides an opportunity to see how Intel works on the inside to help you decide whether this is the right place for you to launch your career
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:
Ability to generate solutions across a wide variety of human resource and workplace issues by leverage a functional knowledge of multiple HR disciplines.
Versatility, ability to adapt to change, and work in an autonomous environment.
Demonstrated HR capabilities through experience and applied key principles that generated results across a range of areas: organizational design, diversity, employment law, employee relations, communication, performance management, employee development, coaching, data analysis, compensation, benefits, and recruiting.
Unrestricted right to work in the US without sponsorship.
Must be graduated from Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field and pursuing a Master's or MBA degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior/Development, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or other related business/social science fields of study.
Able to relocate to Hillsboro, OR, or Chandler, AZ for internship
