Manufacturing Operator Contract Employees ICE are responsible for performing functions associated with all wafer production operations, including photo lithography, thin film, etch, and diffusion.
Performs setup, calibration and preventative maintenance tasks on wafer fabrication equipment.
Collects and evaluates operating data to conduct online equipment adjustment and ensure process optimization.
Participates in safety forums and site Emergency Response Team as required.
Assignments are routine and repetitious in nature.
Work performed within narrowly defined parameters.
Limited judgment required in resolving standard problems.
Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.
Work is typically checked and monitored on a routine basis.
Candidate should possess an Associates or Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM subject such as Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Math, Statistics, or related fields.
Ability to work in a clean room environment on a compressed work week schedule (Twelve hour shifts rotating between three and four days a week - including night shift)
Spend the majority of time walking and/or standing on production floor.
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to read, comprehend, and execute complex instructions.
Candidate must have permanent, unrestricted right to work in the US without sponsorship.
