Job Description

This is an exciting position for system software engineers combining your software engineering experience with customer enabling/support via presale and post-sale cycles, influencing major OEMs/ODMs/SIs and embedded/IoT software developers with Intel Software/Hardware solutions.

You'll provide expert consulting and customer support to Intel customers mainly software engineers , enable their software with Intel System Studio for embedded systems/applications, IoT Solution and mobile/phone/tablet devices, accelerate time to market of Intel architecture-based systems and embedded applications, help improve software quality and system performance and power, infuse the voice of the customer into the development process, provide quality technical collaterals to demonstrate Intel software tools usage, and offer key education and training to various levels of customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have a Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.

  • Minimum of 6 months experience with:

• Software Development,

• Programming in C or C+• Linux kernel

• Debug or modify embedded software

Preferred Qualifications

-Experience with Intel Software Development Products, especially for Intel System Studio

  • Experience in operating system Windows, Linux or Android internals

  • Experience with performance tuning

  • Experience with Android/Linux OS/Windows/Wind River/Chrome internals including Devices drivers

  • Experience developing systems through the complete life-cycle from requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration and support

  • Experience with each generation of Intel processor families from Intel Quark, Atom to Core, Xeon processors

  • Customer facing/enabling experience
