Job Description

Internship with Intel's New Devices Group. Job assignments may be for short periods throughout the school year. Responsibilities may quite diverse and include but are not limited to developing sensor and machine learning algorithms for various wearable technologies, developing prototypes on embedded SoC platforms.

The ideal candidate should possess the next behavioral traits:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and matrixed team.


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences..

Minimum Requirements:

  • Sophomore or higher Computer Science/Mathematics or related major undergraduate with academic projects and experience relevant to software programming techniques, C, C++, Java and analytics or top notch.

  • Second/third year student currently pursuing B.Sc in Computer science/ Information technology with relevant experience in software techniques.

  • The candidate must have unrestricted right to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.

Minimum 3 months of experience in the following:

  • Hands on experience in Python or other similar language

Preferable Skills:

  • Knowledge of C/C++, Java along with app development experience would be an added advantage.
