Intel Decision Support Tools intern in Phoenix, Arizona
This position is in the Decision Engineering group that builds decision support tools for use across Intel.
Duties will include:
Problem definition in collaboration with Business personnel.
Solution design as well as solution implementation in collaboration with members of DE team.
Roll out of solutions into the business.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
• Candidate must be pursuing a PhD Degree in Systems or Industrial Engineering with a focus on optimization techniques, or other related field.
• Six months experience or equivalent coursework in the following areas:
Applying optimization on business problems encountered in practice rather than being focused on optimizing theory.
Applied Analytical Tools to predict growth patterns.
Designing and implementing business plans and researches.
