Intel Embedded Vision System Architect in San Jose, California
Intel is looking for a talented, highly motivated candidate to join its Embedded Vision team in the FPGA Video and Vision Business Group. As an Embedded Vision Systems Architect, you will work closely with strategic marketing to establish and execute on the strategy to grow Intel FPGA adoption for vision applications across various vertical markets.
This requires a strong system level understanding of embedded vision architecture and ability to navigate through a complex, fast changing environment. The successful candidate will join a diverse world-wide team of FPGA business experts within the Intel Programmable Solutions Group. The role is primarily located in San Jose, CA or High Wycombe, UK with requirement for International and Domestic business travel to customers, other Intel sites and attend tradeshows.
Key responsibilities may include: Understanding and influencing strategic customer’s vision architecture to align and deliver the value of Intel FPGAs and vision solutions to their business need, establish and nourish key partners, influence software and hardware roadmaps, give direction to system engineering teams, evangelize solutions and products, collaborate across divisions to align on architecture and strategy.

- Bachelors in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related.
- 10 years of experience in relevant industry sector (i.e. Embedded Vision, Video, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, FPGA vision analytics, etc.)
Additional (Preferred) Qualifications
- Experience, or knowledge, in embedded vision applications/systems, machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, vision analytics, software workflow or similar.
- Customer facing experience.
- Post-graduate degree (MSEE, MSCS, MBA, PhD or similar).
