Job Description

The Programmable Solutions Group PSG has been delivering industry-leading custom logic solutions to customers since inventing the world's first reprogrammable logic device in 1984. The Programmable IP Engineering team delivers cutting-edge Protocol IPs tailored for Intel FPGA technology. To take advantage of the many opportunities that we see in the future for FPGA's, PSG is looking for great IP logic design engineers to join our team. As an IP logic design engineer in the Programmable IP Engineering department, you will work closely with IP Engineering Architects and Management to develop next generation high speed protocol IP cores such as Ethernet, PCIe and Interlaken. You will work closely with an energetic engineering team to drive innovation as you solve challenging problems, while pushing the technology boundaries in building these protocol IPs.


Minimum QualificationBS in Computer or Electrical Engineering or 10 years of experience in design/verification of complex protocolsExperience with hardware design and validationExperience with ASIC/FPGAExperience with standard interface protocolsPreferred Additional QualificationsMSEE/MSCS or related technical degree. Experience with Ethernet MAC and PHY IPExperience with static timing analysisExperience with hardware validation
