Job Description

Minimum Qualifications:

Qualifications

Plans, provides resources for and directs activities in engineering function to meet schedules, standards, and cost. Cultivates and reinforces appropriate group values, norms and behaviors. Identifies and analyzes problems, plans, tasks, and solutions. Provides guidance on employee development, performance, and productivity issues. Plans and schedules daily tasks, uses judgement on a variety of problems requiring deviation from standard practices. Inadequacies and erroneous decisions would cause moderate inconvenience and expense.

Minimum Qualifications:

BS degree + 15 years industry experience, or MS degree + 13 years industry experience

Must have managed a team of 20+ mask designers

Must have worked on layout in advanced process node like 7nm, 10nm, 14nm, or 16nm for at least 1 tapeout

Must have managed and worked in a Virtuoso environment for 1 at least tapeout

Preferred Qualifications:

Should be able to define and drive layout methodology initiatives-

Should be able to build a high performance team focused on automation

Must be familiar with industry standard Reliability and Physical Design Tools Ansys, Synposys, Mentor
