Intel Supply Chain Analyst in San Jose, California

Job Description

Supply Chain Analysts work as individual contributors and/or on project teams with other Department Analysts, and Project Managers. SCAs have a core responsibility to ensure Continuous Improvement in pursuit of Customer SLA and Operational performance.


  • Identify process improvements based on thorough understanding of the business processes and supply chain dependencies

  • Communicate, clarify, and align supply and lead-time performance with the sales/business groups/customers.

  • Perform specialized tasks in addition to their core job responsibilities (process development, define system enhancements, quality and controls, and/or provide content knowledge support and data troubleshooting).

  • Work on several projects &/or programs simultaneously, managing multi stakeholders, customer lead-time performance/mgmt., forecast performance, constraint analysis, inventory analysis, Plan/POR, long-range planning, benchmarking and departmental performance indicators.

  • Works closely with the internal stakeholders and/or clients.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree with 6+ years of experience or Master's Degree with 4+ years of related work experience in semi-conductor industry within business or supply chain operations.

  • Experience with Supply Chain management systems, and tools required to extract and report out data to support analysis/workflow improvements. (Oracle, SAP, Apache, etc.)

  • Must have a proven track record of driving process improvement initiatives and defining/building automated solutions that improves Customer SLA and/or Operational performance.

  • Excellent communication skills, capability to ramp quickly on new initiatives, demonstrated skills

  • Demand forecasting tools and systems

  • Strong data analysis skills

  • Client facing experience
