Intel Test Engineering Manager in San Jose, California
Intel Programmable Solution Group formerly Altera is looking for highly motivated and well experienced Test Engineering Manager . You will lead a highly skilled test engineering team defining test methodologies, developing test benches & running simulations, deploying test patterns and validating them on silicon. Test methods may include BIST, ATPG, System-level/Functional and Parametric testing to achieve high product quality. You will need to interact with process technology teams to uncover potential defect mechanisms. Your team will supports product teams with yield improvement and Memory Interface and IO characterization.
Minimum Qualifications:MS in Electrical Engineering Minimum of 5 years of experience in DFT, Characterization of Memory interface or IO Preferred Qualifications
10 years of experience in DFT, Characterization of Memory interface or IOAbility to define high level test requirements for next generation products
Proven ability to lead in a cross functional team environment with demonstrated results Strong organizational skills and the ability to motivate engineering teams to meet deadlines
