Intel Video Market Development Manager in San Jose, California
Intel is looking for a talented, highly motivated candidate to join its Video team in the FPGA Video and Vision Business Group. As a Video Market Development Manager, you will work closely with strategic marketing to drive revenue, design wins, and grow the opportunity pipeline in the video markets.
This requires a strong understanding of the video markets, including Pro-AV and Studio, and the ability to establish influential relationships at all levels including C-level in customers. The successful candidate will join a diverse world-wide team of FPGA business experts within the Intel Programmable Solutions Group. The role is primarily located in San Jose, CA or High Wycombe, UK with requirement for International and Domestic business travel to customers, other Intel sites and attend tradeshows.
Key responsibilities may include: Have a deep understanding of "mega trends," challenges, market dynamics, and competition in the video markets; Evangelize solutions and products, influencing direct customers as well as their customers to choose Intel FPGA vs competing solutions; Become a trusted advisor in the industry; Drive revenue, design wins, and grow the opportunity pipeline; Work closely with sales teams to establish strategies to win at customers; Conduct technical presentations of Intel FPGA video solutions; Work with strategic marketing, system architects, and planning teams to create compelling, differentiated solutions; Collaborate with other Intel divisions to ensure Intel wins broadly beyond FPGA; Establish and nourish key partners.

- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related.
- 5 years of experience in relevant industry sector (i.e. FPGA, video, broadcast, studio, pro-av)
- Willing to travel
Additional (Preferred) Qualifications - Technical & business (marketing, sales, etc.) experience with FPGA - Technical experience in video application/systems - Experience in Broadcast and/or ProAV industry - Customer facing experience - Post-graduate degree (ie MBA, MSEE, PhD, etc.)
