TrueVR is about performance and innovation as a team, pushing the boundaries of what technology can do in the world of sports. We are looking for a Junior Technical Implementation Lead to join our growing team.

This role is the critical link between various groups in the Intel True VR Engineering Team – front end experience team, core technology team, hardware team, and technical operations team. You will be responsible for coordinating between these different groups, helping disseminate and archive information, identifying and removing roadblocks, and suggesting potential new approaches as the teams work towards the overall engineering roadmap and product delivery. You will also interface with the Intel Sports Group’s (ISG) Program Management Team and help create and maintain a communication pipeline related to the projects and the Balanced Score Card requirements. You will work closely with the Managing Director, True VR Engineering and Senior Technical Implementation Lead to assist in fulfilling both the strategic and tactical level direction provided for the unit.

You should be technical, understand Intel sports’ product experiences and underlying technologies, and be able to manage various projects with an emphasis on superior communication, organization and project management. You are collaborative and fluent in the latest technology trends with an emphasis on virtual reality, live streaming, social media and mobile with an appetite to learn. The ideal candidate is a problem solver, has the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment on a daily basis, is an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail, and enjoys challenging new projects. You are highly professional, proactive and organized, yet comfortable dealing with last minute changes in a fast paced, innovative environment. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in a related area IE Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical degree

  • Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Sports and Sports Technologies

  • Experience creating/maintaining technical & process documentation- Experience with Agile development methodology specially SCRUM

  • Technical Program/Project Manager experience

  • Experience with project management and technology tools for productivity.
