Intel’s Non-volatile Memory Systems Group (NSG) listens to our customers, creates solutions that meet their needs and fuel their businesses, and innovates to create ultra-fast, high-density storage media. In this role, you will join the NSG Automation team to design, develop, and integrate automated solutions to meet NSG pathfinding and technology development needs. As a software development engineer you will confer with NSG users and study information needs, data usage, and work processes to define needs. You will also work with others in NSG Automation to align solutions across NSG development and manufacturing sites and deliver those solutions to meet the needs of an aggressive technology node cadence.
MS/BS in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or a related field with 5 or more years of experience. The candidate must be able to navigate through technical uncertainties and have demonstrated strong written and oral communication, analytical problem solving and teamwork skills. The candidate should have a passion for quality and relentless improvement, with strong coding skills and understanding of algorithms, data structures and database fundamentals. She or he should also be comfortable working in different programming languages/environments.
