Intel F11X EPI Process Engineer in Albuquerque, New Mexico
Process Engineer in the EPI Module. Role will require becoming proficient on the EPI tool set in order to own and sustain Silicon Photonics, memory and legacy layers. This will include all quality, cost and velocity metrics on PCSA, EP, APC and IMT defect ownership. The engineer will also team with peers to focus on key Control Points and may take an On Call role in support of all manufacturing deliverables.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/or work experience
Master's Degree in Material Science, Electrical, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, Physics or BS with 3+ years experience with the following skills, experience, or expertise:
Epitaxial growth and Thin Films Analysis
Processing techniques, materials, and metrology
Compound materials expertise
Understanding of photonic and electronic device physics and reliability concepts for wafer processing.
