Intel Probe Test Automation Engineer in Albuquerque, New Mexico
You will join the NSG Automation team to design, develop and integrate probe and parametric test data flows (from ATE to databases) automation applications that would help deliver to NSG manufacturing needs.
In this role you will primarily partner with teams in NSG and IT to deliver relevant solutions.
As a Probe/Sort Test Automation Engineer you will develop solutions by studying information needs, systems flow, data usage and work processes and confer with users to architect and deliver the Best-In-Class solutions.
BS or MS EE, ECE, IT, Software Engineering
Semiconductor Test (Probe/Sort, Etest background)
Working-level experience in one of the following: JMP, Python or R
Working-level experience in various test platforms, e.g, Keysight, Teradyne, Advantest, etc.
Experience in understanding tester output, data transformations, test data analysis, yield engineering, product engineering
Strong programming, software development skills will be added advantage (.Net, C#, Python, Perl)
Good understanding of database technologies like Oracle, MS SQL
Knowledge of Intel Probe/Sort automation systems and/or IT systems is highly desirable.
