Job Description

Plans/manages technical Supply Chain programs or projects to meet specific objectives or goals. Provides leadership for the project team and key interfaces to the project or program. Works on problems/tasks in delivery of a specific product or service. Identifies tasks, determines dependencies, identifies and assigns specific resources, communicates expectations to team members, obtains task effort and duration estimates from team members, and creates/tracks the project schedule. Assesses risk and identifies issues. Monitors progress against schedule. Coordinates resources with other functions. Reviews user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity. Requires thorough knowledge of business practices and procedures in order to perform nonrepetitive, analytical work. Provide solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.

Supplier manager for the supplier service programs supporting the factory operations in New Mexico. Responsibilities include:

  • Finalize agreements with suppliers to ensure resource plans will meet Technology Development Capital tool output requirements

  • Align warranty escalation expectations; Manage and document preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance support plans.

  • Document cross tool / module OJT (on the job training )expectations with suppliers

  • Develop Technology Development / supplier performance scorecard process.

  • Proven ability to deal with a high tolerance of ambiguity and to support multiple concurrent projects and activities.

  • Skilled contract negotiator for complex negotiations.


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Qualifications listed as preferred or additional will be considered a plus factor for applicants.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS in Supply Chain or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing supplier relationships contracts and supply chain requierements.
