Intel's Non-Volatile Memory Solutions Group is hiring an experienced and highly motivated project manager to support the operations project management office for site business operations, technology transfers and technical training programs. This will involve collaboration with cross-site/functional teams to form and maintain business processes and steward the successful execution of key projects that support technology development.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee project lifecycles through initiation, planning, execution, control and closeout

  • Coordinate project resources, schedules, activities and monitoring within established scope, quality, budget and timeline

  • Track and report performance-to-plan of deliverable

  • Identify, mitigate and escalate project risks in advance

  • Evaluate and manage change to meet deliverables

  • Support documentation, implementation and maintenance of business processes for operations, including site budgeting, finance, planning, quality systems, fab/lab/probe operations, and quality management

  • Support formation and execution of site supplier management processes

  • Support resource and materials planning and management for technology transfer

  • Support administration of intellectual property

  • Support employee integration, engagement and training programs


Qualifications / Additional Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor

  • Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent experience

  • Experience with cross-department project coordination

  • Experience with business process formation and documentation (technical writing skills)

  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in fast changing environment

  • Demonstrated track record of problem solving with creativity and out-of-box thinking

  • Respect for cultural diversity and sensitivity

  • Strong conflict management and negotiation skills

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills

  • Proven ability to mentor and successfully manage the performance of direct and eventual report
