The selected candidate will support the visual communication strategy of Corporate Services by assisting the creation of high impact, brand-consistent designs intended to engage and inspire employees on a variety of channels. This position is within our Intel's Corporate Security and Emergency management department and its product and design focus will consist of creation or revision of Emergency Management and Operational Security program materials, indented to communicate policies and procedures to the general or targeted employee population.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Workplace campaigns, Info graphics, Presentations, Posters/signs, Digital signage, Mock-ups

  • Revise or produce visually inviting products which present information and/or program details/information to other departments and employees.

  • Ensure Final products convey the desired information to the end user in compliance with Intel's existing communications formats and polices.

  • Ensure the majority of work produced meets heath/safety or statutory compliance standards or regulations for content and presentation (which may in some instances require the final products appearance and/or content to be compliant with the applicable standards.)

  • Build relationships with and follow CS Communications teams formatting and policy guidance on appearance and branding of final products.

  • Design new and edit current marketing communications materials.

  • Create compelling assets that are both on-brand and meet project objectives

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or closely related field.

  • This U.S. position is open to U.S. Workers Only. A U.S. Worker is someone who is either a U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident, or a person granted Refugee or Asylum status by the U.S. Government. Intel will not sponsor a foreign national for this position.

At least 3 months of experience in:

  • Graphic Design

  • Desktop Publishing Tools

  • Layout and typography using Adobe Creative Suite InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat.

  • Microsoft applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Word.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Participation in projects which require the non-disclosure of discussions and product produced, and maintain confidentially of same as required/instructed.

  • Experience with animated graphics.
