Intel Application Lead Developer in Folsom, California
As an Application Developer you will develop, implement, and maintain computer based systems to meet business requirements. On this position you will analyze, design, construct, train, and implement application systems. Activities include documenting decisions, adhering to standards and communicating with business groups.
Other responsibilities may include providing standards/guidelines for development, responding to customer/client requests or events as they occur, and developing solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.
This position is for a Pega Certified LSA with extensive, hands on experience developing with the Pega 7.x platform.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications :
BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or any other related area.
5+ years of experience, 3 of which must be full time development across multiple projects using Pega 7.x capabilities such as Data Pages, Unit Testing and the Case Designer.
Project management experience that covers a broad range of Pega core capabilities. We will not consider applicants primarily experienced with earlier versions of the platform (5.x & 6.x) or applicants whose primary experience is isolated to a specific framework/strategic application.
The ideal candidate will be LSA level 2 certified (Pega administered practical application build & assessment).

Additional training and experience with User Interface, Customer Decision Hub and Robotics is desired, but not required.
Because this is a lead position, the candidate must have strong interpersonal communication skills including business writing and the ability to present to a mixed audience.
This person will be an authority in conducting project fit assessments to Pega, and will lead the high level design & architecture for a variety of projects.
The candidate must be comfortable with ambiguity, working with stakeholders and translating varied requirements into cohesive technical strategy. Above all else, the candidate must be a willing and effective teacher as they will be partnered with new Pega developers that need coaching along their learning journey.
