Intel Data Center Group (DCG) Samples Coordinator in Folsom, California
This is an Intel Contract Employee (ICE) role. Up to a 36-month "exempt" contract engagement.
Principal Responsibility: The Datacenter Group (DCG) Samples Coordinator's principle responsibility is to:
Enable DCG samples program and processes Worldwide to enable Intel designs-wins.
Influence standardization of processes across the Regions.
Provide training on tools and processes to Field Sales teams, Regional Samples counterparts, Division and others as needed.
Trusted advisor representing the customer's requirements.
Regional Operations contact between DCG and customers.
Drive tools / business process improvement from user and customer perspective.
Work with Division to drive improvements for timing of commits.
Enabling day-to-day business.
This position will work with the Samples team closely to establish and follow business processes for the Apache Pass Program.
Key partners include: DCG, Regional Analysts, Field Sales Teams, Customers, Corporate Credit, and Collections.
Samples Program Operations Support.
Customer set-up for Samples programs.
Field / Customer support and Order resolution.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, including ability to adapt style and content to diverse audiences from executive level to IC. The ability to build and maintain a wide stakeholder network including senior levels. Creative thinker, ability to think outside of the box a plus. The ability to influence a wide a varied audience towards new solutions. A 'can-do' approach and attitude, willingness to take informed risks in order to achieve desired organization and Intel goals. This role is required to have extremely close collaboration with various business units.
Bachelor degree, Business or Supply Chain Operation concentrations preferred.
2+ years related experience.
Advanced working knowledge of Excel
