Intel Global Customer Success Intern in Folsom, California
The Global Customer Success (GCS) organization delivers global customer and managed design services to Intel customers. The GCS Analytics Business Analyst Undergraduate Intern develops systems and processes to achieve stakeholder business reporting and analytics goals. This includes developing the strategy, ensuring we have sufficient data to quickly identify issues & drive actions, managing tool development, and designing dashboards/indicators that can be used by Intel to drive business unit success. This position reports into the Global Customer Success Analytics team, which is responsible for delivering reliable, accurate, and actionable analytics to GCS and partner organizations.
Document business requirements to enable the development of analytics systems
Design and optimize business processes to provide sufficient data to monitor identify issues & drive actions
Convert data into meaningful indicators and information that can be used by customers
Ensure tools and reporting development meet the needs of the program and customers
Work closely with WW Support Engineering and Contact Center Managers to provide the right indicators, tools and analysis to drive closed loop processes and KPI improvement plans

Strong analysis skills and ability to present information so it's easy to understand and relevant for customers

Experience with scrum/agile or other project management methodologies
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Relevant experience can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/or work experience.
Must be currently pursuing a BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics or related field.
At least 6 months of experience with program management and analysis.
At least 6 months of experience with key applications for graphing/data modeling tools such as Excel, Power BI or others
