Job Description

The Core and Visual Computing Group (CVCG) is responsible for the architecture, design and development of the CPU core and visual technology IPs that are central to Intel's system-on-a-chip (SoC) products and key to our datacenter, client and Internet-of-Things (IOT) platforms. As a member of the VTT Graphics Hardware DFx group, some of the job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work on the design, RTL/GLS validation, automation, and/or timing analysis in one of the following DFx domains: Controller, Scan, Array DFT, Functional DFT, or DFD.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s,Master's or PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or other science/engineering related field.

  • 3+ months of experience with:

  • Verification / Validation in RTL/GLS simulation / environment using industry standard simulator e.g. VCS/modelsim.

  • Logic Design using Verilog and/or System Verilog.

  • At the bachelor's level this U.S. position is open to U.S. Workers Only. U.S. Worker is someone who is either a U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident, or a person granted Refugee or Asylum status by the U.S. Government. Intel will not sponsor a foreign national for this position.

  • Availability for at least 6 months internship.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with:

  • System Verilog Test Bench Design.

  • DFx features such as JTAG Controller, Scan/ATPG , Memory BIST, Functional DFT, or Design for Debug.

  • Programming/Scripting languages such as C/C++, Python and/or Perl.
