The Graphics Architecture team is within VTT and is seeking a Hardware Architect for Performance & Power analysis of Intel’s GPU. Specifically, you will work closely with Graphics architects, software engineering, and simulator experts. You will work on characterization of various workloads, identification of system bottlenecks, development and modeling of features and configurations that improve power/performance while meeting platform constraints source code development, review and maintenance C/C++ unit and system level test and verification. You also will assess the performance and efficiency of our new capabilities versus our previous products and versus our competition on a range of 3D Graphics workloads from benchmarks and real game scenes using various API OpenGL, Microsoft DX, Apple Metal, Vulkan. You should have strong analytical skills and ability to work in a team.
Minimum skills and requirements;
BS/MS in Computer Science or related field with 7+ years of experience with industry experience.
You should have 7+ years of experience with the following:
Deep knowledge of 3D graphics and GPGPU pipeline.
Good knowledge of algorithms, APIs and programming techniques used in 3D games
Strong C/C++ programming skills
Experience with simulation tools and environments SystemC, SimuLink, ModelSim.
SoC & Platform level knowledge is plus.
