If so then our Visual and Parallel Computing Group (VPG) has opportunities for you. In VPG we deliver Intel's 3D graphics, media, display GPU, and Parallel Computing Technology. The Software Engineer operation team is within VPG and we develop drivers and related technology for Intel's processor graphics customers. We are looking for a Graphics Software Security Manager, to join our team and who is ready to make significant impact in the graphics and visual computing.

As a Graphics Software Security Manager, you would manage a team of experienced software security validation engineers to identify security flows on the Intel Graphics driver in Windows and Linux operating systems spanning across automotive, cloud and client market segments. Demonstrate the ability and experience to develop team capabilities to anticipate graphics, media, display and compute industry threats and incorporate feedback to improve secure architecture and design of the graphics driver and graphics hardware.

You will help us with the following responsibilities:

  • Lead a group of experience security validation engineers, their contributions and career development

  • Influence the architecture and design of Intel graphics driver and hardware to meet secure development life-cycle best practices

  • Planning and scheduling daily tasks, and using judgment on a variety of problems requiring deviation from standard practices

  • Define and track team key indicators of success and link to the Intel graphics driver secure development best practices

  • Understanding of Intel's differentiating Intel graphics features and working collaboratively to develop graphics software which will make use of those features

Minimum skills and experience that will get you notice:

You should possess a Bachelor or above of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline with more than 5 years of experience in engineering management and with at least 10 years in software development and validation.

Your experience should be in the following areas:

  • Deep Experience on software security analysis industry best practices

  • Experience with software engineering skills and programming skills in C, C++ and Assembly

  • Experience on threat modeling and security validation techniques, including and not limited to secure code reviews, fuzzing and penetration testing

  • Experience with and knowledge of open source development, architecture and product/project delivery

  • Experience in dealing with program partners in multi geographical locations

  • Knowledge of Operating System architecture and Device Drivers

  • Ability to grasp both the technical issues and business opportunities, translate strategy into action
