Job Description

  • Designs, develops, modifies and evaluates complex analog and mixed signal electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry for analog and mixed signal electronic equipment and other hardware systems.

  • Determines creative design approaches and parameters.

  • Analyzes equipment to establish operating data.

  • Conducts experimental tests and evaluates results.

  • Applies and uses independent evaluation to selects components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability.

  • Evaluates practical capability of vendor to support product development.

  • Also includes Analog, Mixed Signal and RF Development Engineers with specialized skills and expertise in developing Monolithic Integrated Circuits for wireless and wireline communications systems and products using CMOS, BiCMOS, SiGe, GaAs Process technologies.


  • Within the I/O design team of Nonvolatile Solutions Group, the candidate will be responsible for developing circuits for nonvolatile memory components.

  • More specifically, you will be focusing on developing DDR4/DDR5 clocking circuits utilizing 3DXP memory process technologies.

  • You will be responsible for implementing and validating clocking circuits such as DCC and clock distribution, driving the physical design implementation and leading post silicon activities for these designs.



Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of circuit design experience using CMOS technologies.

  • 3+ years’ experience with multi GT/s interfaces i.e. PCIe, QPI, DDR, etc.

  • 3+ years’ experience in the design of PLL, DLL, high speed clock distribution and power delivery

  • 5+ years’ experience in circuit design and validation tools and methodologies including but not limited to Cadence, Hspice, starRC, Monte Carlo, Aging, etc.

Additional Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated leadership in time management and problem solving skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in circuit modeling in verilogA.

  • Understanding of signal integrity of I/O channels.
