Intel NAND Test Mode Validation Engineer in Folsom, California

Job Description

Generates test mode macros according to design and testing requirements. Develops test plans and vectors for pre-Silicon RTL validations of test mode functionalities. Debugs issues and implements corrective measures for failing RTL tests. Analyzes and uses simulation results to modify test mode macros, if necessary.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: MS degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering with solid foundations on Analog, Digital and Mixed Signals Design, System Verilog, Cadence Virtuoso Schematic and Layout Navigation, C / C++ programming and PERL scripting or BS degree with at least 3 years of experience in the following areas: 2D / 3D NAND or NOR Flash or any Non-Volatile Memory Experience either in design, product, test, process, yield or quality engineering roles.

Preferred Qualifications: Detailed understanding of 2D / 3D NAND floating gate process technologies. Detailed understanding of DDR interface in NAND Flash memory. Detailed understanding of NAND Flash memory test flows.
