Intel OS Software Engineer in Folsom, California
In this position, you will contribute to exploration, architecture, driver development and OS enabling of new features related to CPU and platform subsystems in support of client and cloud. You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
Candidate must have a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other related field
1 + year experience or equivalent coursework in the following areas:
C, C++ Computer Architecture
Intel X86, X64 architecture and related platform technologies.
Intel VT virtualization
OS fundamentals, OS internals, OS-level APIs
