Job Description

The customer Insights Analyst Intern will work onsite at Intel to assist with user experience tasks including designing research experiments, collecting data, analysis, and reporting findings and recommendations.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can identify both challenges and opportunities and recommend solutions to management. Types of research methodologies you'll work with include surveys, web behavioral analytics, remote unmoderated user studies, heuristic review, and likely lab-based user studies.

Some of the job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Scheduling meetings/interviews.

  • Preparing usability test plans, conducting research.

  • Analyzing findings, writing reports, public speaking to present results, wireframes.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in user experience, human factors engineering, design research, computer science or related field.

  • 6+ months of experience with:- MS Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with:

  • MS Excel.

  • MS Powerpoint.

  • Figma or other wireframing tool.

  • InVision or other prototyping tool.
