Come and join us! Intel is seeking highly qualified candidates to join our Data Center Group (DCG) as an Ethernet Product Marketing Engineer!

Be part of Intel's Ethernet Networking Division (ND) Product Marketing team and help drive current and next generation 1GbE, 10GbE and 25GbE Ethernet controllers. You will own product marketing of the existing 1GbE, 10GbE and 25GbE portfolio and help identify opportunities for future 1G to 25GbE controllers. You will be seen as the product expert and be accountable for your product's business success.

As 1GbE, 10GbE, and 25GbE Ethernet Product Marketing Engineer, you will cover key activities including but limited to:

  • Demand generation

  • Partner with sales and business acceleration teams to drive business

  • Develop field/customer collateral

  • Train field

  • Competitive marketing

  • Develop GTM (Go-To-Market) plans

  • Owning promotion/placement/pricing

  • Identifying new market requirements and assist strategic planning in developing landing zones for future products

You will also work closely with other product marketing engineers, strategic planners, engineering, program management, central marketing and finance.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent with 6 plus years of industry experience, or a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent with 4 plus years of industry experience, or a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent with 2 plus years of industry experience.

  • 3 plus years of hands-on experience with Ethernet products (either engineering/R&D or marketing/sales role).

  • 2 plus years of marketing experience.

  • 2 plus years of experience and solid understanding of contemporary Ethernet networking technology (IEEE standards, server virtualization, DPDK, etc.).

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

  • 3 plus years of experience with data center platforms and products including CPUs, chipsets, & extended ingredients.

  • 2 plus years of experience in Intel marketing processes and/or previous roles in product marketing engineering.
