Intel Fab Memory Technology Manager in Hillsboro, Oregon
The Fab Memory Technology Manager is responsible for developing and implementing Memory Supply Chain strategies through Memory Industry knowledge and expertise and tight engagement and understanding of Intel's Non Volatile Memory (NSG) Pathfinding, Technology Development, and Manufacturing technology vision. The scope is focused on the memory supply chain inclusive of equipment and materials used in advanced Semiconductor manufacturing. Responsibilities include safety, quality, availability, technology, and sustainability roadmap alignment and performance of the supply chain in service of wafer fabrication technology development and high volume manufacturing operations.
The manager is required to understand requirements for NSG/Memory business and share those insights with the broader supply chain organization to help shape our supply chain strategies. The manager plans, provides resources for and directs activities to meet schedules, standards, and cost and will lead a Memory focused team that drives results through a larger matrixed organization. Technology scope will include 3D NAND and 3dXpoint process flows, process equipment and materials requirements, roadmap inflection points, key process challenges, and potential supply chain gaps. Will need to incorporate current/future memory technologies being manufactured and under development in the rest of the industry and how Intel's memory process technology fits in with industry trends. The manager participates in cross-functional sessions to identify, plan, and execute supply chain strategies that address all of Intel's technology goals.
Demonstrated solid technical acumen in the areas of memory development and manufacturing

MS or PhD Degree in Engineering/Science discipline and 10+ years experience in leading edge memory development and manufacturing
