Intel Facilities Equipment Supply Chain Project Manager - TEMPORARY in Hillsboro, Oregon
Plans/manages Supply Chain programs or projects to meet specific objectives or goals. Provides leadership for the project teams and key interfaces to the project or program. Works on problems/tasks in delivery of a specific product or service. Identifies tasks, determines dependencies, identifies and assigns specific resources, communicates expectations to team members, obtains task effort and duration estimates from team members, and creates/tracks the project schedule. Assesses risk and identifies issues. Monitors progress against schedule. Coordinates resources with other functions. Reviews user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity. Plans and schedules work to meet deadlines established by others to ensure the completion of several related tasks. Uses judgment in data analysis to develop and design solutions for moderately complex processes.
The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:
Demonstrated capability in managing complex projects and/or plans that involve multiple stakeholder groups with aggressive timelines
Strong analytical and problem solving skills and strong attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to analyze and clearly visualize data for review by peers and Senior Management
Bachelors in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Architecture, or Engineering
10+ years of related experience in supply chain management, commodity management, contracts management, or construction project management/engineering
