Job Description

You will be working with the Internet of Things Developer program supporting the development of Industrial IOT, Computer Vision and Robotics POCs.

Responsibilities may be quite diverse of a software technical nature. Experience and education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the job. Job assignments are usually for the summer or for short periods during breaks from school.

The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Requirements:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.

  • 6+ months of experience with:

  • Designing and building Internet of Things IoT projects.

  • Project experience hardware hacking.

  • Programming languages Python, C/C++.

  • Networking and cloud service experience, REST APIs and pub/sub architectures.

  • This U.S. position is open to U.S. Workers Only. U.S. Worker is someone who is either a U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident, or a person granted Refugee or Asylum status by the U.S. Government. Intel will not sponsor a foreign national for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with sensors, embedded systems and electro mechanical design.

  • Experience with Computer Vision hardware and development tools.

  • Experience documenting projects.
