You will be part of the Corporate Memory Organization memory compiler team and will own significant engineering tasks in a fast-paced and technically challenging environment.

Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

  • Design, validation and characterization of Memory Compilers

  • Provide design solutions for meeting challenging Memory design specs for various product segments

  • Memory Compiler Design Flow/Methodology development

  • Interfacing with Technology Development team to design and achieve best in class specifications.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Candidate must have a BS in Electrical Engineering with 2+ years of working experience or Masters in Electrical Engineering with focus on Transistor level operation and Memory design.

  • Minimum of 1+ years' experience in IC design convergence, with focus on Design and Verification of SRAM and Register File Memory designs; exposure to Logic, Circuit and Layout of such designs.

  • Minimum of 1+ years' experience with scripting (Perl, tcl etc.) to automate design verification steps, and to develop / enhance the Compiler as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1+ years’ Experience with addressing design challenges under process variations and low power circuit techniques are desired.
