Job Description

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Responsible for the design, implementation, and/or administration of compensation and benefits plans, programs, and projects.

  • Plan/program areas including: health and welfare benefits, paid time off, insurance, mandatory benefits, retirement and capital accumulation plans, base pay, incentive bonus plans, executive compensation, profit sharing plans, and commission plans.

  • Programs include but are not limited to the following: open enrollment, stock participation plans, stock option plans, performance review budgets and process.

  • Competitive analysis, costing and funding of plans, market analysis and recommendations, job family descriptions, job audits and analysis, job classification analysis and recommendations.

  • Establish policies and guidelines, audit practices against guidelines, stock and dollar budgeting, strategic scanning of the external environment, lobbying, external reporting, and vendor management.

  • Individuals act as internal experts, consultants, analysts, and program managers and represent the corporation to external groups, agencies, and vendors.

  • Respond to customer/client requests or events as they occur.

  • Develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/Master's degree in Compensation, Business or Finance.

  • 7+ years relevant experience in Compensation and Benefits.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct Mergers and Acquisitions compensation experience.

  • Broader Acumen : The ideal candidate will have additional experience in some of the other HR disciplines: HR Legal, Business Group HR, Staffing, etc. Knowledge of the Greater Asia Region and Greater European Region HR procedures/guidelines, as well as a sound understanding of local labor law.

  • Analytics : Synthesize data and determine the optimal C&B offerings for acquired leaders and employees, balancing benefits and costs.

  • Stakeholder Management : You have the ability to influence in a compelling and succinct manner while building strong partnerships.

  • Microsoft Office Guru : You are an Excel junkie.
