Intel Product Marketing Director for Intel Ethernet Products in Hillsboro, Oregon

Job Description

Be a part of the Intel's Ethernet Networking Division (ND) product marketing team and be at the center of collaborating with top Intel customers and other Intel divisions to leverage Intel Ethernet to unleash the performance potential of contemporary Intel data center, communications, and enterprise server platforms.

You will lead a team of product marketing engineers, who act as the product champions and manage the pricing, placement and promotions strategies for the Intel Ethernet portfolio consisting of Foundational and SmartNIC product lines.

Your team will be responsible for ensuring the current and upcoming Intel Ethernet controllers and adapters hit their financial metrics through diligent product/portfolio management by being the intersection between customers, functional teams (customer marketing, engineering, program management, customer support, etc.) and centralized outbound marketing teams.

Key job activities:

  • Lead team consisting of product marketing engineers who individually own one or more Intel Ethernet products and as team own overall Intel Ethernet product portfolio.

  • Lead and develop portfolio level pricing, placement and promotion recommendations.

  • Work closely with strategic planning team and influence pipeline of future Intel Ethernet products.

  • Work closely with central marketing team to best position portfolio in larger Intel marketing initiatives

  • Work closely with functional teams within division (engineering, program management, customer support, customer marketing) to identify and execute on ongoing product needs

  • Work closely with Intel customers to understand needs and identify opportunities to meet those needs with Intel Ethernet solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong team leadership skills, including cross-functional team-building, coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution, influence, and management in support of complex project objectives with a broad range of team members.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to independently capture, distill, and communicate abstract ideas clearly and concisely to a senior management team.

  • Excellent project management skills, including defining the structure, scope, and objectives of each project, and organizing and facilitating the team's engagement throughout the duration of each project.

  • Strong business acumen and data-driven influence to executive decision makers.

  • Experience in Intel Architectural Planning with demonstrated knowledge of the POP process

  • Public speaking experience.
