Intel Radio Frequency IC Physical Design Engineer - Intel Contract Employee role in Hillsboro, Oregon
These roles are for the Quantum Computing project.
Responsibilities may be quite diverse and are technical in nature.

This is a contract role.
Experience with completing Analog and Radio Frequency (RF) physical layout. Including but not limited to: LNA, Regulator, Mixer, bias, Rx blocks, Tx blocks, PA, PLL circuits
Must a have a BS, MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline or in lieu of a degree, a minimum 10 years of RFIC circuit physical/layout design experience
Minimum 7 years of radio-frequency integrated circuit physical design experience including experience in Cadence design flow
Experience with foundry technology in 28nm nodes and below
Experience with FinFET technology
Knowledge of layout of inductors, transformers and passive devices
Must understand how run parasitic extraction tools and how to use that feedback to guide physical design
