Job Description

In this position you will perform various senior administrative activities in support of the Technology Development (TD) executive team. This position will report directly to the Technical Assistant (TA) and Chief of Staff (CoS) providing full administrative support as well as additional TD Staff members.

Typical duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Drafts, composes, types, and proofs correspondence using current office software applications and Intel collaborative tools (Inside Blue, etc.).

  • Schedules and coordinates logistics for meetings and events.

  • Organizes and manages calendar schedule(s).

  • Makes travel arrangements and prepares expense reports.

  • Helps coordinate departmental recognition programs and other "great place to work" activities.

  • Be very well organized, flexible and proactive. It will be essential the candidate is able to handle unexpected interruptions and challenges in a fast-paced environment.

  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and to provide the highest level of service to our customers and internal partners.


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/or work experience.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.

  • 10+ years administrative experience or equivalent work experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Office products such as: Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Skype and Power Point.

  • 3+ years of experience in Concur, Workday.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Intel administrative experience will be considered a plus.

  • Experience with Inside Blue (Jive), ePurchasing and Internal Shipping Memo (ISM).

  • WordPress knowledge highly desirable.
