We are looking for an individual to help define/innovate SOC functional and DFX solutions specific to the advanced program needs that prioritize power/performance along with maximum coverage in a multi-chip package solution. MS or PhD in CompE/EE-6-8 years of experience in the full life-cycle development pre-SI and post-SI of -SOC design effort-Proven history of microarchitecture definition and design execution work in SOC functional and DFX development Additional Qualifications:-Experience with SOC-wide DFX methodologies ex: observability+monitor/coverage -Experience with SOC control/functional systems JTAG, IOSF-Proven history of both pre-SI simulation and post-SI correlation of DFX capabilities to determine highest ROI design effort-Experience with both Intel and Industry SOC design BKMs-Experience with manufacturing engagement/coordination on DFT/DFM requirements-Understanding/experience with DFX for MCP Preferred Qualifications:-IP vendor engagement experience internal or external-Development on sub-14nm processes
