Job Description

Come join Intel's Silicon Engineering Group organization as a System on a Chip SoC Front-end Design Engineer. In this role you will be specifically focused on front-end micro-architecture and RTL tasks for SoC/client designs. You will be responsible for researching, designing, developing, and testing leading Intel designs.

Your responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

  • Developing next-generation SoC designs, including micro-architecture and RTL development and integration

  • Validating design and micro-architectural implementation and assumptions

  • Developing solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment

  • Automating design tasks in order to complete the design in the most efficient fashion possible

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS or MS in in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electrical & Computer Engineering

  • Minimum 4 years' experience with design principles and techniques in at least two of:

  • Micro-architecture definition

  • RTL development

  • Validation development

  • Post-silicon test

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years' experience in any of the above areas
