Intel SOC Integration-Validation Engineer in Hillsboro, Oregon
Oversees definition, design, verification, and documentation for SoC System on a Chip development
Determines architecture design, logic design, and system simulation
Defines module interfaces/formats for simulation
Performs Logic design for integration of cell libraries, functional units and subsystems into SoC full chip designs, Register Transfer Level coding, and simulation for SoCs
Contributes to the development of multidimensional designs involving the layout of complex integrated circuits
Performs all aspects of the SoC design flow from high level design to synthesis, place and route, timing and power to create a design database that is ready for manufacturing
Analyzes equipment to establish operation infrastructure, conducts experimental tests, and evaluates results
May also review vendor capability to support development.

We are looking for motivated engineers to work with us on the Chassis CTE model, which is a small representative SOC design. Both FE integration and validation skills are needed and there is an opportunity to do both.

Master's degree in Electrical Engineer plus 2+ years experience in front end integration work OR Bachelor's degee in Electrical Engineer plus 4+ years experience
Experience integrating of one or more IPs/subsystems into an SoC model, including IP integration, connectivity, build and support for model bring-up and reset
Excellent debug skills
Experience in pre-silicon validation. Experience with Collage, ACE/BMAN, Verdi, GIT and/or Gatekeeper is a plus
Knowledge of scripting Languages like Perl/Tcl/Python required
Good communication skills as well as excellent problem solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a multi-site environment spanning multiple time zones
