Job Description

  • Accountable for "Soup to Nuts" business and offerings for global supplier account- Sets vision and direction for Supplier Account, defines and leads strategies- Understands supplier culture, vision/mission, market/financial positioning, R&D trends, executive body strength, structural cost, manufacturing operations and supply chain dynamics business processes, approvals etc.- Orchestrates unified communication internally and externally with supplier- Leads cross-functional Intel team to drive supplier activities across BUs/functions- Establishes and manages critical Intel and Supplier Stakeholder relationships - Demonstrates strong influencing skills at all levels across Intel and Supplier- Comprehends balance sheets/cash flow and short-term/long-term supplier financial trends - Maintains pulse on supplier performance at Intel and knows when, how and whom to engage to deliver results. - Negotiates complex contracts/strategic deals driving best outcome for Intel- Drives supply chain agility by understanding specific VF cost structure and levers by utilizing operations and systems Forecasting, IQ, FSE, spares, and service- Drives Supplier to world class safety, quality and sustainability performance by proactively developing, aligning, and executing action oriented improvement programs Supplier Report Card, Key Issues & Expectations , Supplier Quality Health Assessment etc.- Comprehends ecosystem landscape dynamics and proactively influences industry positioning.- Coaches and develops internal Intel account team

Qualifications

  • 15+ yrs. of Semiconductor Development & Manufacturing, Semiconductor Equipment industry and/or WFE Supply Chain Experience. - MS or Phd. , MBA a plus. - Prior leadership role and/or people management experience
