Intel Supply Demand Analyst in Hillsboro, Oregon
The Intel Systems Products Group is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Planning Analyst for the Client Computing Group's Systems business. In this position, you will manage Supply and Demand aspects of the Systems Products Groups product line.
The Supply Chain Analyst will work as individual contributors and/or on project teams with other Department Analysts, and Project Managers and have a core responsibility to ensure Continuous Improvement. You will identify process improvements based on thorough understanding of the business processes and supply chain dependencies. The Supply Chain Analyst will communicate, explain, and clarify issues with the customer/business groups/divisions, and translate business requirements. Some Supply Chain Analysts will perform specialized tasks in addition to their core job responsibilities, such as consulting on tools, systems, quality and controls, services, or processes; provide input to system/process design; and/or provide content knowledge support and troubleshooting. The Supply Chain Analyst may work on several projects and/or programs simultaneously, managing multi stakeholders, conduct budget and/or headcount planning, business forecasting, constraint analysis, inventory analysis, Plan/POR, benchmarking and departmental indicators.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Development, integration, optimization, coordination, communication and driving execution of supply chain production planning schedules
- able to work with Forecasts, materials, build plan & ramp planning
- Capacity requirements, inventory, and broader supply chain planning execution to meet business and customer requirements in collaboration with cross organizational supply chain stakeholders
- Provide recommendations on issue resolution in supply chain areas using data driven decision making.
- Assist on continuous process/project improvements.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/or work experience.
BA or higher Business or Database Management or related field
6+ months of experience with planning processes
6+ months of experience in Analytics that shows the ability to link products to customer needs to sales volume.
Experience with supply chain tools such as SAP and DSS Cubes desired, with proficiency in MS Office especially Excel
Experience in Supply Chain Management or Program management; Field Sales, Marketing, Strategic Planning and other related experience
