Intel SOC/IP Project/Engineering Manager in Hudson, Massachusetts
As a project manager in our organization, you will be part of the exciting work being done by the SSD Controller Engineering team in Intel's Non-Volatile Memory Solutions Group (NSG) which is developing Solid-State Drive (SSD) controller ASICs for both NAND and 3DXP designs. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and motivated engineer to join NSG on a key technical team working on next-generation products that are critical to Intel's success.
In this position, you will be a technical project manager, driving either ASIC development or major IP subsystem development for the SSD controllers. This team in Hudson creates full-chips, subsystems and sub-blocks and is looking for an experienced engineer who wants to expand their influence and lead teams of engineers. In this role, you will be driving development efforts of between 10 to 20 engineers, you will also be managing 8-10 engineers. We are looking for people who want to contribute to an organization that is expanding its methodology to enable high re-use & parallel development to service growing project demand, and which is becoming a learning organization. The person in this role is expected to manage technical projects, and be a mentor and manager to a team of people, as well as provide technical guidance in the team.

BS or MS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related degrees.
At least 7 years of experience in the design and/or verification of Digital designs.
At least 5 years of experience in SystemVerilog
Demonstrable understanding of the ASIC development cycle
Knowledge of computer architecture
Knowledge of SystemVerilog Assertions
Knowledge of functional verification strategy
Experience working and coordinating with engineers at remote sites
Experience with SOC integration
Advanced design and/or verification skills
Ability to influence in an organization
Experience working with external vendors
