Intel Digital Analytics and Personalization Product Owner in Phoenix, Arizona

Job Description

The 360 Digital Customer Experience team at Intel is looking for a highly motivated digital analytics and personalization expert. You will be part of the Market to Revenue division in IT focused on delivering global strategic capabilities that enable a seamless digital experience across the online customer journey. The Digital Analytics and Personalization Product Owner works with sales and marketing teams, product divisions and IT to deliver solutions for next generation digital experiences and measurement, utilizing industry leading tools & capabilities.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Manage Intel's global digital analytics and personalization implementation with focus on continuous improvement.

  • Own and manage a backlog, product vision, roadmap, and all decision-making related to minimum viable product scope and work prioritization, ensuring the business value of the capability from the customer, end user, and stakeholder perspective.

  • Coordinate initiatives and lead a Delivery Team.

  • Actively engage with the Delivery Team to collaborate, negotiate and commit to product requirements.

  • Empower the Delivery Team to determine work load for each sprint.

  • Provide clear direction and flexibility when priorities change based on user needs and requirements.

  • Participate in all Scrum ceremonies (backlog grooming, release & sprint planning and retrospectives) as required.

  • Be a technical problem solver by identifying innovative solutions that meet business requirements while driving IT efficiency and ability to scale.

  • Collaborate with business and IT partners across multiple teams and geographies to ensure solutions and products being created will deliver to their needs.

  • Continuously implement industry best practices for reporting and optimization with an eye towards ROI.

  • Develop relevant training materials to ensure the business is educated and able to effectively leverage our capabilities.

  • Serve as the escalation point when the support team is unable to solve production issues and help drive to closure.

  • Be a subject matter expert by keeping up with industry trends, best practices and capabilities to provide best-in-class solutions that deliver ROI and innovation.

  • Represent the organization both internally and externally in the industry, interacting with senior stakeholders and suppliers on complex topics requiring coordination across organizational lines.

  • Build relationships and consistently interact with suppliers and partners to set priorities, escalate issues, evaluate new capabilities, and participate in proof of concept/pilot projects.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a related area (i.e. Computer Science, Engineering, other) and 6+ years of experience.

  • Successful candidates should demonstrate a mix of strong front-end web developer skills, business acumen and experience as a technical lead and/or project management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing Adobe Analytics implementations (2 years+).

  • Experience managing Adobe Target implementations (2 years+).

  • Strong background in front-end web development experience using JavaScript, jQuery, OO JavaScript, HTML5, CSS and other (5 years+).

  • Experience in managing, developing and deploying complex JavaScript solutions (5 years+).

  • Experience as a technical lead and/or project management experience (2 years+).

  • The ability to effectively articulate business requirements in the form of user-stories and oversee implementations as product owner.

  • Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • A strong team player with initiative and self-motivation.

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products (Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Experience Cloud ID, Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Manager).

  • Experience delivering personalized content, recommendations and A/B testing, preferably multi-channel.

  • Experience working with Data Management Platforms (DMP), media conversion tags and audience segmentation tools.

  • Experience with Marketing Automation platforms, preferably Eloqua or equivalent Experience utilizing visual analytics tools, preferably Clicktale.

  • Experience with progressive profiling, 360 customer profiles and connected data strategies to drive integrations across multiple capabilities Experience with Tag Management Systems, preferably Tealium or equivalent.

  • Experience managing complex, large scale, global web analytics implementations across hundreds of websites.

  • Experience working directly with customers on personalization and measurement projects from start to finish.

  • The ability to translate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs / Business Requirements) into implementations that provide consistency and scale across multiple websites.

  • Deep understanding of how web analytics implementations translate into reporting.

  • The ability to troubleshoot web analytics and personalization implementations across multiple environments, browsers, and platforms.

  • Experience creating technical documentation and training materials.

  • Experience as Agile Product Owner.

  • Experience with website performance best practice and measurement.

  • Familiarity with workflow automation and business process improvement techniques.
