Job Description

-The Executive Recruiter reports into Intel's Executive Recruiting team. This team is in charge of connecting Industry Executives to Intel's Leadership opportunities and strategically partner with Intel Senior Leaders and HR to deliver premier candidates that support Intel's growth.

-In this role, you are responsible for setting and executing a recruiting strategy for critical senior leadership positions Director and above.

-You will work with our Business Groups by hosting regular meetings with Intel leaders to gather Business Group intelligence and map their networks.

-You will provide strategic guidance and become an adviser to executive leadership in matters related to top technical talent.

-You will partner with our Sourcing team to map industries, conduct talent searches and generate candidate names and profiles and attract the best and brightest talent.

-Develop prospects into candidates. Engage, sustain relationships, screen and interview.

-Continually contribute to the knowledge base of the group sharing new information about industries and talent pools or profile types.

-Prepare/contribute to search status reports and lead/participate in client update meetings on active searches.


-8+ years of executive and/or search firm research and recruiting experience with a focus on passive candidate generation in a high tech market.

-You will be a top technical researcher. Whether your background is corporate/in house, search firm or boutique you will be genuinely interested in and the go-to person for technical industry searches.

-You will have exceptional search, candidate development and assessment skills and experience.

-Clear written and spoken communication. Experience in negotiation, advising and influencing executive leadership. Proven Leadership skills and excellent program management

-Proven ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment. Resilience under pressure. Polite pushback when required.

-Ready to collaborate and bring ideas to the attention of the whole team. Confident when working autonomously.
