Job Description

Come and spend your summer working in a dynamic technology development factory. Implement and improve models that capture the complexities of managing capacity in a high-mix and low-volume development environment. Apply the concepts that you are learning in the classroom to analyze the factory performance and improve it. Be a part of driving continuous improvement in our development factory.


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Be pursuing an Industrial Engineering or Operations Research Undergraduate Program.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Programming skills.

  • Lean or factory experience.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
