Intel HR Business Analyst (Contract) in Phoenix, Arizona

Job Description

This is a fixed term contract for up to 9 months.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in evolving the business, delivering critical analysis and program improvements and driving key efficiency and quality practices and global BKMs Best Known Methods.

This will include developing requirements, creating and defining the business processes within a specific group or function as well as developing strong relationships with customers to understand business processes and identifying valuedrivers.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Performing on-going analysis of current processes, systems and configurations.

  • Recommending, developing and implementing short and long term solutions to complex issues

  • Managing and/or supporting global projects.

  • Supporting quality and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

The candidate must have a bachelor's degree level and have a minimum of 4 years experience or equivalent in a similar position.

  • Some project management skills / knowledge of LEAN, PLC and LSS

  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills

  • Ability to network and interact with customers and stakeholders at all levels

  • Ability and flexibility to work in a global environment across all time zones
